The Kitchen Painting Network is dedicated to delivering the highest quality kitchen painting services to homeowners across the UK and Ireland. Our hand-picked team of experienced and skilled painters is committed to providing the premier kitchen painting experience. As a collective of independent business owners, we draw from a vast pool of knowledge and expertise to offer solution-driven services. We use only the best water-based products and provide thorough documentation and verified customer reviews. With a focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction, we offer personalised colour consultations and use rigorous testing processes to ensure our paints are safe and of the highest quality. All our partners are fully trained and certified by the PaintTech Training Academy and City & Guilds, ensuring you receive the best possible service.
Mission Statement
The cost to become a KPN Partner is £200 per calendar month.
And all New Members need to have the following:
- Minimum of 10 kitchens completed in a six-month period. If you don’t have 10 kitchens to date, you can still join with a probationary period.
- Submit six past customer details to allow us to follow up for quality assurance.
- Have links to reviews from past kitchen painting clients.
- Be a member of the Decorators Growth Club Pro Members.
- Have completed the PaintTech Training Academy Kitchen & Furniture City & Guilds Assured training course.
- Up to date Liability Insurance
Any leads given to KPN Partners through our own marketing will need to have a 10% commission added and be paid to KPN on completion of the project.
Local brand exclusivity to you as a partner
Being the only regional KPN partner in a demographic area can benefit the partner by providing exclusive territory, increased demand, improved credibility, better networking, and increased marketing opportunities.
By hand-picking KPN partners who have completed training with Painttech Training Academy, they have shown an extra level of interest in improving their business, share similar business morals, and are keen to work alongside the partners to grow the collective outcome for the network.
We will only allow additional KPN partners within your area ( roughly a 30 miles radius ) if one is in demand. Any potential new members will be discussed with the local partner at length before a new member is added. If your area becomes too busy and we have additional partners, you will be upgraded to KPN ambassador status (more benefits & details to follow).
Providing full Terms & Conditions
By offering the partner a copy of the KPN legal Terms & Conditions, the partner will be more confident in knowing that the T&Cs are the best they can be for their business. The T&Cs will ensure clarity of expectations, professionalism, evidence of an agreement, and standard operating procedures when dealing with clients. This can help improve the relationship between the partner and the client, provide peace of mind for both parties, reduce the risk of disputes, and increase confidence in the brand.
Ensuring Quality control
KPN will email follow-up questionnaires to previous clients chosen at random to ensure and monitor quality control. Feedback will be relayed to ensure positive growth and changes. This brings several benefits to the partner, including improved overall quality control, trust, increased sales, improved reputation, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty. The customer’s positive experience is essential and will inevitably increase sales.
We will ensure partners continue to grow their five-star rating reviews by helping collect the correct feedback for better reviews.

We offer comprehensive pricing support, as well as monthly Zoom meetings to keep KPN Members informed about up-to-date pricing practices and profit principles. The KPN Protection plan - an emergency fund
KPN will manage the protection plan to help the partner receives financial security, & support from the network. The fund will be there to help deal with any financial disputes if they arise, ensuring peace of mind that there is an emergency fund available for possible financial repercussions brought on by disputes with customers. This can provide peace of mind, stability, and support for the partner in awkward times of need.
The KPN Subscription Service
KPN members will have access to our product subscription service with a one-time deal at the gold price band. The achievable discounts will help with the overall running costs of the business, with savings positively impacting profits. The product lines are constantly growing, and we are working hard to ensure better margins, increased products, and eventually adding paint brands to the KPN partners.

KPN Website, SEO & Social Media Management
All KPN partners will have access to the network website, a personalised Business BIO page that is kept up to date with reviews, customer case studies, and any promotions. The KPN team will constantly be working on the SEO & inbound marketing campaigns alongside Social Media campaigns and paid marketing to grow the brand both nationally and locally within your catchment area.
KPN will focus on becoming the Wikipedia for kitchen spraying.
By having your company Bio page on the KPN website, the partner gains increased visibility, credibility, demonstrated expertise, and a portfolio of work. These benefits can help to attract new customers and increase their reputation in the kitchen painting industry.
We will be focused heavily on paid marketing across the main channels to ensure constant growth and outperform competitors through our collective marketing strategies.
Disputes Mediation & Debt Recovery
The network will step in and help handle any disputes by playing the mediator, resolving any disputes, and recovering any debts owed to the partner, thus reducing the risk and impact on the partner’s business. We insist all KPN partners take the additional cover by becoming a member of the FSB (Federation of Small Businesses). We are working on an affiliate discount for the members.
We are also trying to put an insurance package together with a local broker that we use for better coverage as a collective. This includes liability insurance, tool cover and van insurance (at an additional cost).
We want to ensure every member has the best cover and protection possible to ensure peace of mind and protection for both the partner and client, allowing them to operate their business confidently and securely.
